Crisp, herbal, tart.
A blend of two traditional Portuguese varieties, Siria and Arinto with Viognier, this wine is named for the Portuguese celebration of music, wine and life.
It's quite a tart wine; aromas of crisp white fruits and tangy citrus, straw flowers, peach stone and bitter greens lead to a palate that is crunchy and herbal with angular lemony flavours. It's a food wine with hints of umami that will pair with white meats, fish and vinaigrette. The finish is short.
